Template configuration
Project-specific settings are intentionally concentrated in a few files.
| Setting | Location |
|---|---|
| Site title, description, repositories, production domain, Worker fallback, edit link, and social links | src/config.mjs |
| Worker name and static asset behavior | wrangler.jsonc |
| Documented repository, release, commit, and synchronization time | docs-source.json |
| Logo | src/assets/logo.svg |
| Favicon | public/favicon.svg |
| Maintainer attribution footer | src/components/Footer.astro |
| Accent colors and limited typography overrides | src/styles/custom.css |
| Custom domain | Cloudflare dashboard |
Sidebar navigation uses explicit ordered category groups in astro.config.mjs, with autogeneration inside each named directory. Keep Homepage and Documentation first, preserve the shared category order, and use page sidebar.order values to put every section overview at 1 and its pages afterward in reader-journey order. Never add an autogeneration entry for directory: "".
The maintainer identity in src/config.mjs is prefilled for Beatrice Brown-Mulry and should not change for each project. Configure source and documentation repositories independently. Select an explicit production subdomain under beabm.dev; use the canonical URL override only when the deployed origin must differ. Keep the bbrownmulry Workers subdomain and Worker name separate from production-domain settings.
Clinical Slate is the fixed visual identity. Replace the project logo and favicon, but preserve the shared colors, typography, spacing, and restrained component treatment described in README.md.
Keep the Worker name in src/config.mjs and wrangler.jsonc identical to the Worker connected in the Cloudflare dashboard. The derived workers.dev URL is a fallback address, not the canonical production URL. Configure the custom-domain route separately in Cloudflare and verify the route, sitemap, and rendered canonical metadata before deployment.
